We made these neat "play dough" lollipop cookies that I spied on my friend Jessi's blog and it was right up Brinley's alley. She loves helping mommy in the kitchen and now that she's a bit older, I love having her in there with me :D
She patiently colored her dough blue, all by herself!
Ben joined us later, when it was time to roll it up and into "snakes" to form lollipops but decided it didn't smell good so he never actually ate one.
Silly boy, doesn't know what he's missing.

That's really cute! I'm going to have to try it. :) Great ideas from you and Jessi!! You're both so creative.
Those are super cute! So, were they actually good?
I've been wanting to try these. Looks like fun!
They WERE good! Laney, not a very big cookie person (she can't be my daughter), ate every last bite of hers.
Yay for Brinley coloring hers on her own (and with her hands)...I used a spoon.
They turned out great!
Looks like something Kate would enjoy - going to have to steal the idea!
